Render Manager (“the App”) is an independent, third-party mobile client for the Render.com platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information we access, how we use it, and your rights as a user. By using the App you agree to the practices described here.
The App stores only your Render API key locally on your device using encrypted storage. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on external servers.
The App also uses Google AdMob to serve advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers, IP address, approximate location, and app interaction signals for ad personalisation. This is governed solely by Google’s own privacy policy.
Your Render API key is used solely to authenticate requests to the official Render V1 API
(api.render.com). All communication is directly between your device and
Render’s servers over HTTPS. We never read, log, or share your key.
All data remains on your device:
• API key – encrypted at rest using Flutter Secure Storage (Android Keystore).
• Keys are never displayed in full or written to logs.
• All API calls use HTTPS / TLS.
• The App has no backend servers or databases of its own.
The App integrates the following third-party SDKs, each governed by its own privacy policy:
• Render.com API – infrastructure management.

This App is not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, please contact us and we will take immediate steps to remove it.
You may at any time:
• Delete your API key by tapping Sign Out in Settings.
• Uninstall the App to remove all locally stored data.
• Opt out of personalised ads via Settings → Privacy → Ads on your device.
• Request information about any data we may hold by contacting us.
The App stores your Render API key only for as long as you remain logged in. Signing out permanently deletes the key from device storage. We hold no copies of your data on any external server.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be reflected in the App and on this page with a revised “last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
