1. Who we are
MobFeed Workflow Automation is published by Oradevs ("we", "us"). For the limited data described in this policy, Oradevs is the data controller. You can reach us at info@oradevs.com.
This policy applies to the MobFeed app for Android. It explains what data the app handles, why, and who receives it.
2. Data stored on your device
MobFeed runs workflows on your phone. The following data is created by you and stored only in the app's private storage on your device. It is not sent to us.
| Data | Purpose | Where it is stored |
|---|---|---|
| Workflows, templates, variables and app settings | To build and run your automations | Local database on your device |
| Credentials you enter (API keys, tokens, passwords, bot tokens, SMTP accounts) | To let your workflows sign in to the services you choose | Encrypted with the Android Keystore; never written to exports or logs |
| Run history: input and output data of each node, errors and logs | To let you inspect and debug runs | Local database on your device |
| Files, photos and values your workflows read or create | To carry out the workflow steps you defined | App storage on your device, or the location you choose |
| Purchase status (whether MobFeed Pro is active) | To unlock paid features, including offline | Encrypted on your device |
The app has no user accounts, no analytics service and no crash-reporting service. We cannot see your workflows, credentials or run history.
Device backup. If backup is turned on in your Android settings, Android may include app data in the backup stored in your Google account. That backup is controlled by your device settings and by Google, not by us.
3. Device permissions
The app asks for a permission only when a feature or a workflow you created needs it. You can refuse, and you can withdraw a permission at any time in Android Settings > Apps > MobFeed > Permissions.
| Permission | Used for |
|---|---|
| Location (precise and approximate) | The Location node reads your current position when a workflow runs it. The position is used inside that workflow only. The app does not track location in the background on its own. |
| Camera | The Camera node takes a photo when a workflow runs it. |
| Photos and files you select | Workflows can read files or photos that you pick with the system picker. |
| Notifications | The Notification node and run status messages. |
| Internet and network state | HTTP, messaging and AI nodes; connectivity triggers; ads and purchases. |
| Run at startup, keep device awake, vibration | Scheduled workflows continue after a restart; background runs can finish; the Vibrate node. |
Data obtained through these permissions is handled on your device. It leaves your device only if your own workflow sends it to a service you configured.
4. Data your workflows send to other services
A workflow can send data to third-party services that you choose and configure, for example:
- any web address you enter in HTTP Request, GraphQL, RSS, download or upload nodes;
- messaging services such as Telegram, Slack and Discord, and your email (SMTP) provider;
- AI providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic and Google, or a model on your own network, using an API key you supply.
These requests go directly from your device to that service. They do not pass through us. You decide what data is sent, and the privacy policy of each service applies to the data it receives. If your workflows process personal data of other people, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to do so.
5. Advertising
The free version of MobFeed shows ads provided by Google AdMob: a banner on each page, and full-screen ads after the introduction and, at most every few minutes, when you return to the app. The ads are served by Google AdMob (Google LLC / Google Ireland Limited). When ads are enabled, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and process:
- device identifiers, including the Android advertising ID;
- IP address, which can be used to estimate your general location;
- device and app information such as model, operating system version and app version;
- ad interactions (views and taps) and diagnostic and performance data.
Google uses this data to deliver ads, limit how often you see an ad, measure ad performance, prevent fraud and, where permitted, personalise ads. Google acts as an independent controller for this data. See How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.
The ads SDK does not have access to your workflows, credentials or run history.
Your choices about ads
- Consent. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and other regions where it is required, the app shows Google's consent form before any ad is requested. You can change your choice later under Settings > Ad privacy choices in the app.
- Advertising ID. You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalisation, in Android Settings > Google > Ads (or Settings > Privacy > Ads).
- No ads. MobFeed Pro removes ads. With Pro active, the ads SDK is not started.
6. Purchases
MobFeed Pro subscriptions and the one-time purchase are sold through Google Play Billing. Google processes your payment and holds your payment details; we never receive your card number or billing address. The app receives from Google Play only what it needs to confirm a purchase (product, purchase token and status) and keeps the result on your device. Google may share order information with us through Play Console for accounting, refunds and support. Google's handling of payment data is described in the Google Payments Privacy Notice.
7. Sharing and selling of data
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not operate a server that receives your app data, so we have no such data to share.
- Third parties receive data only as described above: Google (ads and purchases), and the services you configure in your own workflows.
- If you contact us by email, we use your email address and message only to answer you.
- We may disclose information we hold if the law requires it.
8. Retention and deletion
Data on your device stays there until you delete it. You control it at all times:
- delete individual workflows, credentials and runs in the app;
- use "Clear history" on the run history screen, or set a history retention period in Settings;
- clear all app data in Android Settings > Apps > MobFeed > Storage, or uninstall the app. Both remove all workflows, credentials, history and files stored by the app.
Because there is no account and we store none of your app data, there is nothing for us to delete on our side. Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to handle your request. Data held by Google or by services your workflows contacted is retained under their own policies.
9. Security
- Credentials are encrypted using the Android Keystore and are masked in logs and run data.
- Exported workflow files refer to credentials by name only and never contain secrets.
- Code in the Code node runs in a restricted sandbox without access to your files, the network or other apps.
- Connections to services use the address you enter. Use https addresses so data is encrypted in transit.
No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. Protect your device with a screen lock, and treat run history as sensitive if your workflows process sensitive data.
10. Children
MobFeed is not directed to children. It is intended for users aged 13 and over (16 and over in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, or the age of digital consent in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us.
11. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal data.
European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland (GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. You may also complain to your data protection authority. Our legal bases are:
- Consent for ad personalisation and related storage on your device, and for device permissions;
- Performance of a contract for providing the app and paid features you buy;
- Legitimate interests for answering support requests and preventing abuse.
United States (including California, CCPA/CPRA)
We do not sell personal information for money. Showing personalised ads through Google AdMob may be considered "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under some state laws. You can opt out by using Ad privacy choices in the app where it is offered, by opting out of ad personalisation or deleting your advertising ID in your device settings, or by buying MobFeed Pro. You also have the right to know, delete and correct personal information and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
How to exercise your rights
Most data is on your own device, where you can view, export and delete it directly. For anything else, email us at info@oradevs.com. For data held by Google, use Google's own tools at myaccount.google.com.
12. International transfers
We do not transfer your app data, because we do not receive it. Google and the services you configure in your workflows may process data in countries other than your own, under their own safeguards.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app or the law changes. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. Significant changes will be announced in the app or in its store listing.
