BizDesk ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of our users.

BizDesk – Small Business Super App (the "App").

not access or use the App.

"Last Updated" date of this Privacy Policy. You are encouraged to periodically review this Privacy

1. Information We Collect
We collect information that identifies, relates to, describes, or is capable of being associated with you
("Personal Information"). We collect the following categories of Personal Information:
Google Login and OAuth Consent: If you choose to sign in or register using Google login, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture as provided by your Google account. This information is used to create and manage your BizDesk account, verify your identity, and personalize your experience. We do not access your Google password or any other sensitive data. Your Google information is never shared with third parties except as required to provide BizDesk services or as described in this policy.
- Account and Contact Information: When you register for an account, we collect your name,
email address, phone number, and any other contact details you provide.
- Customer Information: If you use the App to manage your customers, you may input customer
names, phone numbers, email addresses, physical addresses, and notes.
- Invoice and Transactional Information: When you create invoices, we collect details such as
invoice number, total amount, status, invoice date, due date, notes, and information about products/services
billed (product ID, quantity, rate, total).
- Product Information: If you manage products within the App, we collect product names, SKUs,
stock quantities, cost prices, and selling prices.
- Employee Information: If you manage employees, we collect employee names, phone numbers,
email addresses, roles, salaries, shift timings, and attendance details (check-in/out, remarks).
- Leave Request Information: If you manage leave requests, we collect employee ID, from/to
dates, reason, and status of leave requests.
- Expense Information: When you record expenses, we collect titles, amounts, categories,
expense dates, and descriptions.
- Usage Data: We may automatically collect certain information when you access or use the
App, such as your IP address, device type, operating system, browser type, access times, and the pages or
features you have viewed or used. This helps us understand how our users interact with the App and improve
its functionality.
- Communication Data: If you contact us directly, we may receive information such as your
name, email address, phone number, and the contents of the message or attachments you may send us, and other
information you choose to provide.
- Location Information: We do not collect precise location information from your device.
2. How We Use Your Information

- To Enable Google Login: If you use Google login, we use your Google account information (name, email, and profile picture) to authenticate you, create your account, and provide a seamless login experience.
- To Provide and Maintain the App: To operate, maintain, and provide all features of the App,
including managing your customers, invoices, products, employees, attendance, leave requests, and expenses.
- To Process Transactions: To facilitate and process transactions related to your business
operations within the App.
- To Send Invoices and Reminders: To generate and send invoices (including PDF URLs) and send
reminders for customer follow-ups or other relevant notifications.
- To Manage Stock and Notifications: To track product stock, adjust quantities, and send low
stock alerts.
- To Manage Employees and Attendance: To facilitate clock-in/out, manage attendance logs, and
process leave requests.
- To Generate Reports: To generate financial reports such as profit reports, expense reports,
and other business insights.
- To Improve, Personalize, and Expand Our App: To understand and analyze how you use our App,
and to develop new products, services, features, and functionality.
- To Communicate with You: To send you technical notices, updates, security alerts, and
support and administrative messages.
- For Security and Fraud Prevention: To protect our App and users from fraudulent, abusive,
or unlawful activity, and to detect, prevent, and respond to security incidents.
- To Comply with Legal Obligations: To comply with applicable legal requirements, such as tax
and accounting laws.
- For Research and Development: To analyze trends, administer the App, track users'
movements around the App, and gather demographic information about our user base as a whole.
3. How We Share Your Information

Our App is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18 ("Children"). We do not knowingly collect

Child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected
Personal Information from Children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that
information from our servers.

BizDesk supports multiple languages, including English, Hindi, Bengali, Indonesian, Portuguese, and Hausa, to
enhance user experience. Please note that while the App's interface and content may be available in these
languages, the core principles and legal obligations outlined in this Privacy Policy remain consistent,
regardless of the language setting.
